CAIN-42 BFTIP — CAIN-42 BFT engine forensic IP extraction (real-engine vectors, clean-room judge, races)

This bundle is a published copy of the committed artifacts bundle. The clean-room verifier is
SAME-PROJECT, not third-party. Verify byte-identity with manifest.json, then run:

Expected: tests pass; the bundle builder re-emits the reports with the
