# E35 Public Truth

What is true: the mechanisms are implemented and tested as a PRE-PRODUCTION library ({'attacks_total': 30, 'attacks_blocked': 30, 'conformance_total': 30, 'conformance_passed': 30, 'invariants_total': 30, 'invariants_passed': 27, 'invariants_unchecked': 3, 'races_total': 21, 'races_passed': 21}).
Attacks, conformance and races pass. Of 30 invariants, 27 have an executable check that
passes and 3 are UNCHECKED (no executable check; never counted as passed). A same-project
clean-room verifier agrees; the bundle is reproducible. The live gateway does not use this library yet.

Correction (2026-10-05 regeneration): the first E35 bundle reported 30/30 invariants, but two were a literal
`True` and one only re-ran another check. Its MCPGate integrity gate also verified nothing it was handed (a forged
or self-authorizing CAIO was ALLOWed); that was fixed in 0dba8afb. Attacks A02/A18/A30 had been "blocked" by
calling verify_caio directly; they now go through the gate decision, with the untouched CAIO as an ALLOW control.

What is NOT claimed: production readiness, deployment, third-party verification, legal/insurance
certification, perfect autonomy verification, AI alignment, L-something autonomy certification, or any
valuation. Clean-room is same-project. Scale is simulation.
