Learn Payment Mandate Guard: from zero to expert, then sell it
No AI background needed. Five levels, each with something to actually do, at your own pace. Tick items as you go (your ticks stay in this browser).
Evidence, proof and selling tools for Payment Mandate Guard
Level 1 Beginner: understand it
AI agents are starting to buy things for people and companies. Payment Mandate Guard checks each purchase against a permission slip the person signed, and refuses anything that does not match.
It catches fake stores, wrong bank accounts, extra items slipped into the cart, totals that do not add up, repeat charges, and forged or expired permissions. Large purchases wait for the person.
Think of it like this: A company purchase order. The supplier can only be paid what the signed purchase order says, to the account on file. The guard is the accounts clerk who checks every invoice against it, and never gets tired.

Level 2 User: see it work
Run it live: open the live demo. Before each result, guess what will happen. These are checks it must pass:
- Control: the watch and the band the person asked for: Inside every limit at authorized stores: both purchases must go through, with receipts.
- Fake store: a look-alike Walmart: walmart-deals.shop imitates walmart.com. Modeled on a real 2025 test where an AI browser bought from a fake store.
- Right store, criminal's bank account: Invoice-redirect fraud: the merchant is real, the payee account is not theirs.
- Hidden text adds a $200 gift card: A product page tells the agent to add items the person never approved.
- Forged and edited permission slips: Signed by the wrong key, budget edited after signing, used by another agent, or from an unknown person.
- Big purchase waits for the person: Above $100 the person must confirm. Held, not refused: the honest result for a legitimate but large purchase.
Level 3 Verifier: prove it yourself
This is the skill that sets you apart: you don't have to believe us, and neither do your customers.
- Install Python 3 if you don't have it (python.org/downloads).
- Download the kit and unzip it.
- Open a terminal in that folder. On Windows, click the folder's address bar, type
cmdand press Enter. On a Mac, right-click the folder and choose New Terminal at Folder. - Run
python3 verify.py(on Windows, python verify.py). It checks the seal without the internet. - Run
python3 verify.py --live. It repeats every check from your own computer. - Try to cheat it: open
transcript.jsonin a text editor, change one character, save, and runpython3 verify.pyagain. It must now say FAIL. Unzip a fresh copy afterward.
Level 4 Expert: know the edges
An expert knows what a product does not do, and says it first. That is what makes a buyer trust you.
- It authorizes; it does not move money. The payment system must ask it before paying.
- It can only check purchases that are sent to it. A payment that skips it is not governed.
- The store list and payee accounts come from the operator's merchant registry; a wrong registry gives wrong answers.
- The public demo signs mandates itself. In production, the person's own key signs them.
You can say
- Every purchase is checked against what a person signed.
- Fake stores, wrong bank accounts and extra items are refused.
- Large purchases wait for the person.
- Every step gets a signed receipt.
Never say
- "It processes payments": it authorizes; it does not move money.
- "Stops all fraud".
- "Works without being in the payment path".
