Is technical enough to compute a file hash.

Search on LinkedIn or Google for any of these phrases plus the job title:

Step 2. Copy this message, change the brackets, send it

Send it from your own email or LinkedIn, one person at a time. Replace every [bracket]. Add one sentence about their company so it is clearly written to them.

Step 3. Three days later, if there is no answer, send this once

Hi [first name], following up with one concrete thing: a real receipt and a checker your engineer can run
offline in two minutes. If it fails to verify, we have a problem; if it passes, we should talk.

No answer after that? Stop. Do not send a third message.

Step 4. Someone says yes, or asks a question: hand it over

Do not try to answer technical questions. Reply: "Great. I'm introducing you to Vincent Noriega, our founder, who will set it up." Then email him with this:
